Real Estate Title Closer / Escrow / Processer / Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Title Closer / Escrow / Processer / Coordinator. You will provide overall support to attorneys' and Title Agent’s business needs. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders to facilitate property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage, organize, and process client files
Coordinate with real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders
Assist Attorneys with coordinating and facilitating real estate closings, ensuring that all necessary documents are signed
Prepare documents for closings
Recording documents after closings
Assist with maintaining Attorneys' calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings
Assist with the drafting and reviewing documents
Assist clients with completing required paperwork and providing necessary documentation
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and local regulations
Record and store client information
Communicate with clients regarding their matter

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous experience as an escrow coordinator, title processor and closer
Computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple software programs
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle a high volume of work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
