Experienced Attorney - Business Law

Compensation: $125,000 – $225,000 annually, based on experience A well-established full-service Maryland law firm is seeking a Business Law Attorneyto join its growing business, corporate, and transactional practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and growing companies to provide practical legal guidance. The attorney will advise clients on day-to-day business matters, contracts, entity formation, compliance, corporate governance, and business transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills, along with the ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with other attorneys and firm leadership. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Maryland Bar. 4+ years of experience in business law, corporate law, transactional law, commercial contracts, or a closely related practice area. Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills. Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or corporate clients. Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with other attorneys and staff. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
