Trainee US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates. Work together with the team to better understand the key requirements for a position. Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates. Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner to determine their competency. Filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different IT Requirements. Educational Qualification and/or Work Experience Requirements Graduation/equivalent degree in any background. Freshers can apply. 0-1 Year Experience in voice process. Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local languages would be a plus). Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using software applications. Ability to work night shifts and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
