Construction Sales Manager

PIP Global

The Construction Sales Manager (CSM) reports to the Area Sales Director and has a set territory of customers within a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for all account management and revenue targets within their assigned customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive territory sales performance by managing distributor and end-user relationships in the Construction Sector.

Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth goals.

Expand footprint in core PPE categories aligned to construction.

Be an expert on the competitive landscape.

Identify product gaps and opportunities for new products across all product lines related to Construction.

Support new product launches.

Effectively utilizes the CRM to manage their territory.

Partner closely with Product Sales Managers on key conversions.

Adhere to and manage administration of the Company's business policies.

Communicate field insights to Marketing and Product Teams.

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales

Experience in managing activities to meet objectives and goals.

Capable of independent work and building strong relationships.

Good oral and written skills with ability to communicate to all organizational levels.
