What You'll Do

• Circulate during various surgical procedures including robotics, neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, urology, and transplants
• Assist and support surgical teams with case preparations and intraoperative care
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure intraoperative safety
• Maintain sterile environment and assist with scrub responsibilities when qualified
• Support post-operative care and patient stabilization
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines throughout surgeries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of OR or acute care RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Experience with robotic surgeries, neuro or transplant cases preferred
• Ability to pass a competency exam (EKG) prior to arrival

Preferred:

• Neuro-Spine/Neuro-vascular experience
• Transplant (kidney, liver, pancreas) experience
• Cardiothoracic surgery familiarity
• Supportive teamwork and strong communication skills
