The Director - Human Resources leads the people agenda for the Operations organization, partnering with business leaders to build organizational capability, develop talent, and foster a high-performing culture. The role ensures HR strategies, programs, and processes effectively support business priorities, operational excellence, and growth. This individual will work onsite from Dublin, OH or remotely in Orlando, Tampa or Miami area.

Responsibilities

• Provides the direction, development, and guidance to the US Operations Human Resources organization to achieve the business strategies and plans.
• Partners with US Operations leadership to develop talent and create bench at all levels by creating and deploying processes and systems.
• Identifies and develops resources to assist franchisees’ business objectives.
• Develop field capabilities in leaders and HR employees.
• Develop new ideas and bring in best practices to support the restaurants’ operators at all levels.

Minimum Wage

USD $154,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Wage

USD $277,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of HR generalist background & experience
• BS or BA in Business, HR or related field preferred along with the years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to grow, develop and manage an HR team responsible for supporting leaders to reach Company objectives
• Demonstrated ability to communicate business objectives and recommendations to multiple stakeholder audiences and organizational levels
• Knowledge and experience with a franchise organization (franchisor & franchisee)
• Supported a team and client groups across a large, distributed geography

This role supports Wendy's portfolio of Company-owned restaurants and must be located in one of our Company-owned markets. Those in Columbus, OH, will be expected to work out of the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

Those in either Tampa, Orlando or Miamiwill primarily perform work remotely. You may be asked to travel, as needed, to the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or to other location(s) as designated by the Company. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 25% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
