Experience working with older adults in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Documentation experience; familiarity with Net Health is a plus. Availability for day shift, Monday through Friday. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Your Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function. Implement individualized treatment plans and support residents in achieving rehabilitation goals. Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards. Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams and participate in care planning. Educate residents and families on safe techniques to maximize independence. What You Bring: Current Wisconsin PTA license. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to care for older adults. Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
