Global Head HR Service Delivery About the RoleThe Vice President, HR Service Delivery is a senior global leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and modernizing the delivery of core People & Culture services across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in driving a seamless, compliant, and high-impact employee experience that supports business performance, retention, and long-term growth. This leader translates enterprise priorities into integrated service delivery strategies and operational excellence across a complex, global organization. The role oversees critical HR and enterprise support functions including:Global PayrollGlobal HR OperationsInternal AuditsCSC Sustainability ProgramsPeople & Culture Project Management Office (PMO) Communication Strategy and ExecutionThe VP leads globally distributed teams and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across regions, balancing global standards with local regulatory and cultural requirements. , By modernizing service delivery and integrating global functions, the VP will help shape a consistent, scalable, and future-ready People & Culture organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Service DeliveryDefine and execute a cohesive global HR service delivery strategy aligned to enterprise and business unit priorities.
