POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Class A CDL Driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to safely transport and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous materials using tankers, tractor-trailers, and box trucks. This role also supports warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, and loading/unloading trucks. The ideal candidate has a strong driving record, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual will report directly to the lead driver.
  
• This position will require a qualified individual to operate the following equipment: tankwagon truck, 26ft box truck with lift gate, curtain van, tractor with 3000 - 7000g liquid bulk tanker, tractor with 53ft. van trailer
  
• The van trailer is used to deliver both hazmat and non-hazmat materials
  
• The box truck with lift gate is used to make both hazmat and non-hazmat deliveries
  
• Same day delivery - Deliveries can encompass a 300 mile radius
  
• PPE (Steel toe, hard hat, safety glasses) must be worn at all times when handling hazmat materials
  
• This is not solely a driving position as there will be warehouse duties as well, including forklift operation, pallet jack operations, inventory management, truck loading and unloading, and other additional duties as assigned
  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Class A with hazmat and tanker endorsements , and updated medical card to be considered. We will cross train on bigger delivery vehicles
  
• Individuals must have a clean driving record and be very skilled at maneuvering and operating the delivery vehicles
  
• 2 years of driving experience minimum, preferably 5 years
  
• This individual must be able to hit the ground running and be a great self-starter
  
• Manual transmission experience is preferred but not required for employment
  
• Must have great customer service skills
  

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
