We are looking for a Lead Electrical Inspector to join our team in Santa Clara, CA!Typical duties for Lead Electrical Inspector:Oversee sub contractor's work performance is following the defined quality specification. (Monitor and maintain the project quality control objectives)Report daily status.Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.Responsibilities:Manage small team of Electrical Inspectors at customer siteWork directly as the FST Liaison between our QA team of Inspectors and customer's own QA management groupSupport the subcontractors on any training issuesSource inspections – materialsSupport clients RFI processMake recommendation on field issuesProvide daily project progress assessmentsDevelops and analyzes statistical dataEstablish quality and reliability expectancy of finished productFormulates and maintains quality control objectivesMay investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding qualityRequirements:Minimum of 5 years combined experience in the following cleanroom market sectors: Semiconductor, Microelectronic, Biotech / Pharmaceutical.FST Technical does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
