A sophisticated litigation practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to handle complex business and commercial real estate disputes in a collaborative, high-performing legal environment. This Commercial Litigation Associate role is ideal for attorneys with strong litigation training, deposition experience, and a background representing sophisticated clients in high-stakes commercial matters. The firm is seeking candidates with at least 3 years of business litigation experience, though more senior attorneys will also be considered. Attorneys coming from large law firms or highly regarded litigation boutiques are strongly preferred. Candidates from insurance defense-focused practices will not be considered. The ideal Commercial Litigation Associate will have hands‑on experience managing substantive litigation responsibilities, including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, handling discovery, and supporting complex case strategy. Candidates should be prepared to provide deposition transcripts as part of the interview process. This is a fully in‑office opportunity supporting a sophisticated commercial real‑estate litigation practice.
