This well-established firm represents public agencies statewide. With a reputable presence and a collaborative team culture, the firm offers a dynamic opportunity for an attorney with a passion for public agency and education law. About the Role: This position is ideal for a motivated and service-oriented attorney with a minimum of three years experience practicing law in California . The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of matters, including governance, business and construction transactions, public finance, labor relations, and other matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel to public agency clients on governance and operational matters Draft and negotiate documents related to business operations, real estate, and public works Act as bond counsel for capital project financing Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration in both state and federal courts Provide counsel and advocacy in labor relations and collective bargaining matters Advise on student discipline, special education, and related legal proceedings Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience; experience with public agencies preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and client service Interest in long-term growth within a firm that values mentorship and professional development This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven legal team making a meaningful impact across California’s public education landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
