Associate Attorney

Segal McCambridge, a respected national litigation firm, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our General Liability Practice Group based in our West Los Angeles office . This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful litigation experience on high‑stakes cases while working alongside nationally recognized trial attorneys. While the team is based in LA, candidates can also work from our San Francisco office or remote as appropriate. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our team, you’ll work on a wide variety of complex civil defense matters, including: Catastrophic injury Product liability Premises and habitability claims Warranty and other high‑exposure litigation From day one, you’ll receive hands‑on experience: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and appearing in court. You’ll be mentored by experienced partners and given room to grow in a supportive, high‑performance environment. What We’re Looking For: Active license to practice law in California At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and managing motion practice Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven approach Why Join Segal McCambridge?
