Reservations & Guest Services SpecialistSeaBreeze Vacation is a leading vacation rental management company on beautiful Anna Maria Island. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and turning conversations into great vacation experiences, you'll fit right in.SeaBreeze Vacation is looking for a friendly, confident Reservations & Guest Services Specialist to help guests plan memorable stays on Anna Maria Island.In this role, you'll be part guest service professional and part sales specialist. You'll answer calls, emails, and chats from travelers, help guests choose the right vacation rental, follow up with prospective guests, and turn inquiries into confirmed reservations. You'll also support guests throughout their stay, answering questions and helping resolve issues when needed.If you're personable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy helping people while working toward sales goals, we'd love to hear from you.This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Sales & Reservations Manager.Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and chatHelp travelers find the best SeaBreeze property for their vacationFollow up with warm leads and prospective guestsMake outbound calls to nurture leads and secure reservationsBuild rapport with guests and confidently guide them toward bookingSupport guests before and during their stayGreet and assist guests visiting the officeAnswer questions and help resolve guest concernsProcess reservation payments accurately and securelyMaintain accurate guest and reservation informationWork closely with the SeaBreeze team to create smooth, memorable guest experiencesAt least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or a similar guest-facing roleFriendly, confident communication skills - especially over the phoneAbility to connect with people quickly and provide excellent serviceComfortable following up with leads and asking for the bookingOrganized and detail-oriented when handling reservations, payments, and guest informationComfortable learning and working in multiple computer systemsDependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious vacation rental, hotel, hospitality, or reservations experienceExperience with inside sales, lead follow-up, or commission-based salesHourly Rate $22Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offSick and vacation timeEmployee recognition programsFull-time, on-siteCandidates must be available for flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including Saturdays.If you're passionate about hospitality, know how to make people feel genuinely cared for, and love helping guests turn a vacation into an unforgettable experience, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to join the SeaBreeze Vacation team on beautiful Anna Maria Island.
