Senior Medical Director, Hematology

Senior Medical Director position within Hematology supporting clinical trials and leading development subteams. This individual contributor role requires clinical development expertise, health authority interactions, and demonstrated leadership to advance regulatory applications and trial execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical development efforts on study teams and support subteams including Marketing Authorization Applications
- Conduct medical monitoring including eligibility assessment, data review, and safety oversight
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators and serve as clinical liaison between teams
- Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Review and interpret clinical data to identify key findings and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Medical degree with 5+ years clinical or industry experience
- Hematology/oncology clinical experience in academia or industry
- Late-stage clinical development experience
- Leadership experience overseeing multiple study teams
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional audiences
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Board certification or eligibility in hematology/oncology preferred
Compensation: $274,500–$457,500 base salary plus 25% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
