Clinical Development Senior Medical Director, Breast Oncology

Senior Medical Director role within clinical development for the atirmociclib breast oncology program. Responsibilities include medical monitoring, clinical trial leadership, health authority interactions, and strategic guidance on development strategies across multiple study teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical monitoring including eligibility assessment, data review, and safety monitoring
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with clinical investigators and serve as point of contact for clinical issues
- Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Global Development Team on development strategies and interpret clinical data findings
- Provide clinical development leadership across study teams including Marketing Authorization Applications
Requirements
- MD, DO, MBBS, or MBChB from accredited medical school
- 4+ years biopharmaceutical industry clinical research and development experience
- Licensed to prescribe medicines independently for at least 2 years post-training
- Board certified or eligible in oncology preferred
- 2+ years breast oncology experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in influencing peers and coaching others
Compensation: $274,500–$457,500 base salary; 25% bonus target and long-term incentive program eligibility
