Position Roofing and Waterproofing Foreman Washington, DC About the role We are currently looking for a Foreman in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on roofing and waterproofing projects. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized. Responsibilities Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations. Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas. Manages field personnel. Manages company equipment. Walks job sites. Reports back on the daily progress of the project. Qualifications 5 years of experience as Foreman in the commercial roofing or waterproofing industry. Organized and detailed. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour.
