Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for a Senior Real Estate Paralegal on behalf of a well-established Connecticut law firm with a thriving residential real estate practice. This direct-hire, onsite opportunity in Shelton, Connecticut offers an excellent chance for an experienced real estate paralegal seeking long-term growth, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to become a key member of a collaborative legal team. Position Overview The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of residential real estate transactions, managing files from contract through closing while serving as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple active transactions and is looking to build a long-term career with an established firm.
