Senior Accounting Manager – Revenue Hybrid | Shelton, CT We recently partnered with a private equity–backed organization experiencing significant growth that is looking to add a Senior Accounting Manager to their team. This role will work closely with the Controller and CFO and serve as the internal lead for revenue accounting across the organization. Why This Senior Accounting Manager Role? Join a high-growth, PE-backed company with offices in Shelton and NYC Highly visible position with direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to take ownership of global revenue accounting operations Organization continues to expand through acquisitions and new service lines $125K–$160K base, unlimited PTO, and strong benefits Senior Accounting Manager Responsibilities Lead the monthly and quarterly revenue close, including reconciliations and variance analysis Serve as the internal ASC 606 subject matter expert Review client contracts and statements of work to ensure proper revenue recognition Develop revenue reporting, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership Manage revenue-related audit requests and internal controls Track revenue performance related to commission and referral structures Senior Accounting Manager Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to revenue recognition Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system Comfortable working with large datasets and improving accounting workflows Experience supporting audits and technical accounting matters #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
