We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Saint Peters, MO area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They drive customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, communicating directly with customers, providing information about requested repairs, and striving to meet customer expectations.
