Assess customers' vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with the service team. Manage repair orders, including entry, documentation, and follow-up. Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers. Maintain organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with technicians to ensure timely service completion. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
