Description:

The Server provides exceptional member and guest dining experiences by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring clean, organized dining spaces. This role works closely with the kitchen and bar teams to create a welcoming and seamless service environment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Greets guests, presents menus, and takes accurate food and beverage orders.

· Delivers meals promptly and ensures satisfaction throughout service.

· Maintains clean tables, dining areas, and service stations.

· Processes payments and operates POS systems accurately.

· Supports banquet and event service as needed.

· Communicates effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

· Maintains knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.

· Provides attentive, friendly, and professional service.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:  

· Excellent customer-service skills.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

· Basic math and money-handling skills.

Education & Experience:

· Prior serving experience preferred.

· Hospitality or club experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 

· Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays.
