What it Takes to be a Part of the Team
- Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome from the start.
- Create memorable moments through personalized, attentive service.
- Maintain outstanding service levels for all guests within the restaurant.
- Take and process orders quickly and accurately to keep the experience smooth.
- Stay proactive with restocking, cleaning, and keeping service areas guest ready.
Responsibilities
- A strong knowledge of our ACFP menu so you can confidently guide guests and make recommendations.
- Understanding of alcohol service laws and responsible serving practice.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in your state.
- Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, not just those in your section.
- Take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and throughout the dining room.
- Assist with restocking and running side work during and after your shift.
- Follow alcohol service laws and always ensure responsible serving.
- Work as part of a team to uphold Anthony's high standards and create a great environment for both guests and teammates.
Additional Benefits:
