Team members work in Agile teams, using technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.The **IT Low Voltage Field Technician**is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of technology systems deployed at company facilities and within fleet vehicles. This role supports the reliable operation of utility services by ensuring field deployed technology functions safely, securely, and consistently. The position requires regular travel to company locations and fleet sites to perform hands on technical work, as well as the ability to provide remote support when needed.**Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:*** Travel daily to company locations and fleet sites to install, diagnose, maintain, repair, and support vehicle installed and facility-based technology systems* Install, troubleshoot, and repair 12-volt DC vehicle wiring, low voltage electronics, and associated hardware, including telematics devices, routers, power timers, and mobile computing equipment* Provide onsite and remote technical support for network connected devices, mobile systems, and field technology platforms* Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices and applications, including basic user training and troubleshooting* Accurately document service activities, including diagnostics performed, repairs completed, parts used, and customer or end user interactions* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end users to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction* Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and inventory in proper working condition* Track, submit, and report expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures* Identify recurring technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes* Apply structured problem-solving techniques to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and implement effective solutions* Comply with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and expectations of service providers and business partnersYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
