Strategic Data Center Land Development Lead

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA (or Seattle, WA; Austin, TX) seeks a Sr Land Development & Strategic Permitting Manager to own the end-to-end real estate entitlement and permitting path for data center sites.

You will lead AHJ engagement, negotiate complex approvals, and coordinate land development activities with internal teams and external partners to deliver development-ready sites.
