About the Role

Part Time. 3 Days a week. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with office supply management and inventory tracking.
  • Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
