Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week

Call Requirements:

1 weekday call per week

1 weekend call per month

Must be proficient in OB if taking call

EMR: EPIC

Requirements

Required Skills and Procedures:

Spinals, Epidurals, OB, Endoscopy

Peripheral Nerve Blocks

Ultrasound-guided procedures

PICC line experience preferred, not required

Case Types Include:

Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional Endoscopy

No heads, hearts, or spine

Requirements:

Active Oregon CRNA license

Board Certification

DEA preferred
