About the Position

We are actively seeking an Oregon Licensed , Board-Certified CRNA  to join the team at Grande Ronde Hospital in La Grande, Oregon for a 6-month locum assignment starting  September 1st, 2025 . This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or seasoned providers looking for strong clinical variety, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• Location: La Grande, OR

• Start Date: September 1, 2025

• Duration: 6 months

• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week

• Call Schedule: 1 weekday/week & 1 weekend/month

• Patient Load: 0–8 patients/day

• Ages: All ages

Required Skills:

• Spinals, Epidurals, OB (required for call), Peripheral Nerve Blocks

• Endoscopy & ultrasound-guided procedures

• PICC line experience preferred (not required)

Case Types:

Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Healthy Pediatrics, Urology, OB/GYN, Podiatry, and occasional Endoscopy
No Neuro, Cardiac, or Spine cases

Logistics & Support:

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice covered

• Work alongside a collaborative team with EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• Oregon CRNA license (active or in progress)

• Board Certification

• DEA (preferred)
