The Opportunity

OneBridge Benefits is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to support the development of impactful marketing, sales, and communication materials. This role transforms complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content that strengthens our brand, supports business growth, and enhances the client experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with marketing insight, exceptional organization, and the ability to produce polished deliverables across a variety of channels and audiences.

Essential Responsibilities

• Design presentations, sales collateral, client communications, educational resources, and marketing materials.
• Create one-pagers, guides, sell sheets, reports, proposals, case studies, and other branded content.
• Develop graphics, infographics, charts, icons, and visual storytelling elements that simplify complex topics.
• Support marketing campaigns through digital assets, email graphics, social media content, website visuals, videos, and event materials.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure visual consistency across all communications.
• Develop and manage reusable templates, design assets, and marketing resources.
• Partner with sales, account management, product, and leadership teams to create effective client and broker-facing materials.
• Review content for accuracy, readability, accessibility, and overall quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating presentation design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Experience creating and editing video content.
• Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and brand application.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience supporting B2B marketing.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, technology, or professional services.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visual content.
• Experience using AI and emerging design technologies.
