Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion. This role will be responsible for establishing clear objectives, developing comprehensive delivery plans and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders to coordinate activity, manage expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, milestones, resources and governance arrangements; managing budgets, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies; and providing accurate, timely reporting to relevant stakeholders. You will facilitate project meetings, maintain effective documentation and implement appropriate change-control processes. The role will also involve identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, resolving challenges promptly and ensuring that all work is delivered in line with applicable policies, regulations and best-practice project management standards.

Applicants should have significant experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable, along with a strong understanding of project governance, financial control, risk management and stakeholder engagement. You will need excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build productive relationships. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, sound judgement and proficiency with project management and reporting tools are also essential.
