Sr Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex, high-impact projects from initiation through to completion. This role will be responsible for establishing project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and governance arrangements, while ensuring outcomes are aligned with strategic priorities and stakeholder expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and oversee project resources to support successful delivery in a dynamic environment.


Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers and status reports; monitoring progress against agreed milestones and performance measures; and identifying and resolving issues before they affect delivery. You will facilitate project meetings, provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and ensure effective communication across internal teams, external partners and suppliers. The role will also involve managing change control, procurement and contract considerations, quality assurance, documentation, and project closure activities, including lessons learned and benefits realisation.


The successful candidate will have substantial experience managing large-scale, complex or multi-disciplinary projects, ideally within a structured programme or transformation environment. You will bring strong skills in project governance, financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, with the ability to balance competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative approach and a strong focus on accountability, delivery and continuous improvement are essential.
