- 10+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience
- Strong infrastructure background supporting mid-size environments
- Experience with Networking, Servers, Desktops, VMware, and Microsoft Azure
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred
- Stable work history (no multiple short-term assignments)
- Experience working directly with clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot networking, server, desktop, VMware, and Azure environments.
- Provide technical support and infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
- Resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance.
