Float TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate)
Location: Onsite - Floating between St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Woodbury Clinics with a plan to fully support our Woodbury clinic.
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $22-23/hr; paid bi-weekly
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (8 hrs a day)
Reports To: Regional Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician to support our Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Woodbury clinics —with the goal of transitioning permanently to the Woodbury location. • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
• Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
• Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for):

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $21-23/hr; paid bi-weekly

TMS Technician Qualifications

• Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
• Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively
• Preferred: BLS certification.
