Your Role:
As a Nails Instructor, you will teach students the art and science of nail care, including manicure and pedicure techniques, nail art, and proper sanitation practices. Your expertise and enthusiasm will inspire students to excel in their nail care careers while providing them with hands-on experience and practical knowledge.

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations in various nail techniques and services.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assess student progress and provide valuable feedback to enhance their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail care and beauty.
• Participate in curriculum development to ensure relevance and excellence in education.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Cosmetology License in the State of IN.
• Must have an active Teaching License in the State of IN.
• Experience in the nail care industry is essential.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and motivating students in the beauty profession.
• Full-Time day and Part-Time night shifts available.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
