Position OverviewWe are currently seeking attorney's with books of business for an M&A with our firm. If you are open to selling your existing BoB, merging, or joining our firm, we'd like to speak with you! Key ResponsibilitiesWe are open to all practice areas practice areas.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar license in good standing.5+ years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on anything except Insurance Defense.Demonstrated skills in litigation and negotiation.Existing book of business or client relationships is preferred.Strong analytical and communication skills.The firm is nationally recognized, with a presence in all 50 states and over 1,000 attorneys.
