Our client is a physician-led primary care organization that is transforming healthcare for seniors through a relationship-driven, value-based care model. • Personal Medical Assistant
• Scheduler
• Referral Coordinator
• Collaborative interdisciplinary care model

Patient Population:
Work with an appreciative senior patient population in a model designed to improve long-term health outcomes through preventative and personalized care. Physicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with patients managing chronic conditions.

Additional Clinic Resources:

• In-house specialty support including Cardiology, Podiatry, and more
• Holistic wellness services including:
  • Acupuncture
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Tai Chi
  • Yoga
• Transportation services provided for patients to improve access to care

Comprehensive Benefits Package:

• 33 days PTO
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental coverage for physicians and families
• 401(k) with 5.5% employer match
• CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week of dedicated CME time

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Active DEA license
• NO RESIDENTS
• NO VISA CANDIDATES
