• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinic hours
• Phone-based call shared among the group for excellent work-life balance
• Associate Center Clinical Director role combining patient care and team leadership
• Lead and mentor primary care providers to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
• Comprehensive on-site services including ultrasound, Echo, EKG, and spirometry
• Small patient panel allowing focused, high-quality care for older adult patients
• Hospital-employed position with full clinical and operational support
• Board-certified geriatric medicine physician required; DEA required
