• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm with shared call coverage
• 75% clinical, 25% administrative leadership position
• Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including stress testing and cardiac imaging
• State-of-the-art medical equipment including digital imaging and diagnostics
• Must be board-certified in geriatric medicine with 2+ years leadership experience
• Experience with value-based care and managed care programs required
• Outpatient-focused practice with established patient base
• Outpatient-only position
