Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. This role may also involve participation in acquisitions, providing insight and analysis on potential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies.
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and reporting.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Participate in property acquisitions, providing market analysis and operational insights.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, property maintenance, and financial management.
• Experience with property acquisitions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Real Estate License in Minnesota is a plus.
