Join Kemper as a Life Insurance Sales Manager, where you'll recruit, develop, and lead a team of agents while driving territory growth through hands-on field leadership. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching others, building relationships, and leading by example. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base, with additional upside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips.
