Endless Mountains Health Systems is requesting for 1 Med Surg RN - 3, 12hr (7pm to 7am; Nights). Anticipated start date: October 25, 2025. The candidate would need to be comfortable with running some drips, like insulin and Cardizem. Must have charge exp. Must have experience with the following: foley catheter insertion, administering subcutaneous insulin, potassium runs, using cardiac monitor, reporting low potassium levels and low oxygen saturations. 2 years of experience required. 1st timers OK! Avg daily census - 12 to 25 rooms, 25 beds. Staffing ratios: days - 1:5, nights - 1:6, weekends - 1:6. Patient age group: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics. Medication systems: Omnicell. Documentation system: Meditech charting experience required. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS (preferred). Guaranteed hours: 8 rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week, 10 rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week. Comments: Travel/crisis: 36 hours for 3 12-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4 12-hour shifts, 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours. Default rule: 40.00 total hours in a 1 week: 1.
