This senior leadership role is responsible for overall account strategy, client satisfaction, service delivery excellence, and financial performance, while driving growth and innovation across the enterprise.Job DescriptionRole OverviewServe as senior executive relationship manager for a large, global client accountDefine and execute the overall account vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned to client business objectivesLead multidisciplinary account teams across Integrated Facility Management, Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, and Workplace StrategyDrive client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement across all service linesMaintain full P&L ownership, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and EBITDA targetsIdentify and execute opportunities for service expansion, increased share of wallet, and contract renewalsLead executive-level business reviews, governance meetings, and growth discussionsEnsure disciplined contract management, proactive risk mitigation, and timely issue resolutionPartner with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, Operations) to deliver best-in-class outcomesLeadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, develop, and inspire a high-performing account leadership teamFoster a client-first culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and resultsPartner with HR on talent planning, succession planning, performance management, and DE&I initiativesPromote strong collaboration across Cushman & Wakefield service lines and global regionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global occupier services, outsourcing, or commercial real estateProven success leading large, complex, global client accountsDemonstrated P&L ownership and financial management expertiseStrong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship management skillsExperience leading leaders within a matrixed organizationWork EnvironmentThis role operates within a professional office environment and requires close collaboration with global teams and senior client stakeholders.
