Sr. Account Executive (Payment Integrity) US - Remote Shift delivers AI agents that transform insurers' most critical work. We come from more than 50 different countries and cultures and together we are creating the future of insurance. The Sales team is responsible for driving new business. We work closely with teams across the business to identify client pain points and highlight how our software is a solution to our client’s problems. Discovery calls, relationship building and complex deals make our days diverse and exciting. As part of our globally growing Healthcare Solutions sales team, you will be a key player in helping us scale our business and roll out Shift Technology solutions to new clients. Your role will be to grow the Health Insurance business in the United States and manage C-level relationships within the country's health insurance ecosystem. Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to ensure Shift exceeds its revenue objectives. Identify new opportunities and the right customer stakeholders within Healthcare. Strategically solve deal‑level challenges independently and collaboratively. Work on and submit proposals and contracts to customers. Qualifications At least five years of successful experience selling large, complex enterprise‑grade SaaS solutions to insurance payers, including Utilization Management, Provider Management, CFO, and SIU units. Deep knowledge of health plans. Existing relationships within the payer ecosystem. Experience driving SaaS sales of $500,000 and above across a multiyear contract. Experience working with a partner ecosystem to deliver results and scale. Strong pipeline creation and negotiation skills. Excellent oral, written, and non‑verbal communication skills that simplify complex topics. Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs and deliver memorable presentations using storytelling skills. Strategic thinker who systematically solves problems and hypothesizes pain points and implicit needs. Strong networking ability to quickly build connections with customer stakeholders and drive consensus for deals. Base Salary Pay Range
$130,000 - $180,000 USD
