General Manager Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will take ownership of the overall success of the restaurant and lead a team focused on delivering excellent food, service, and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing team members and shift leaders
• Creating a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture
• Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring brand standards are met
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Driving sales growth and achieving restaurant performance goals
• Managing food costs, labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
• Building strong relationships with employees, guests, and the local community

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
