As a Project Executive , you will provide executive leadership for multiple projects from preconstruction through final turnover while driving operational excellence, financial performance, business development, and client satisfaction. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to owners, architects, engineers, and executive leadership while mentoring project teams and helping secure the next generation of landmark projects. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple large-scale, highly technical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers, developers, and strategic partners to generate future business opportunities. Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing teams to pursue and secure new projects. Build, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing project teams while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide executive oversight of project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, cost controls, and profitability. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, fee development, and risk management efforts. Direct the development and execution of master project schedules across multiple projects. Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs to ensure exceptional project delivery. Champion industry-leading safety practices across every project. Ensure compliance with all contractual, ethical, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Drive the implementation of advanced construction technologies including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and digital project delivery tools. Provide strategic leadership during executive operational reviews while communicating project performance to senior leadership. Represent the company within the community and industry organizations while strengthening the company's reputation and market presence. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred. 18+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with a proven record of leading large, technically complex projects. Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with full responsibility for operational and financial performance. Strong expertise in: Project planning and execution Cost management Contract administration Procurement Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and secure repeat business. Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, project schedules, and contract documents. Experience implementing innovative technologies including BIM, Lean Construction, VDC, and integrated project delivery. Outstanding executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise construction management software.
