We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.What It Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will Be Responsible For:Contribute toward a team covering one or more client relationshipsAssist in the preparation and review of financial statements, including but not limited to, Balance Sheet, Statement of Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to Financial StatementsPrepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals, etcPrepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&LPrepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocationsCalculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor noticesReconcile cash balances daily for multiple accountsCalculate quarter end final and estimated NAVsSupport the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditorsTrain and mentor junior staffBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required3+ years of experience in fund accounting and/or assurance serving Financial Services clients (hedge funds, private equity, or other alternative asset managers strongly preferred)Preferred/Desired Qualifications:Prior experience at a public accounting firmCPA or parts passed towards completionMaster's degree in Accounting or equivalent fieldExperience using Yardi and/or MRIEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
