Marketech International Corp. USA provides comprehensive engineering, construction, and technical services for the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing industries. Our services include cleanroom and MEP turnkey projects, ultra-pure water (UPW) systems, water treatment systems, chemical and gas supply systems, facility monitoring and control systems, and related infrastructure solutions.

Job Overview
The Project Coordinator supports project execution by assisting with project administration, documentation control, schedule tracking, procurement coordination, stakeholder communication, and construction support activities. This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project information is accurately tracked and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.

General Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project planning, progress tracking, and execution activities.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Manage project documentation, drawing submissions, RFIs, and document control processes.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Track procurement activities, material deliveries, and equipment status.
• Assist with issue resolution, change management, and project follow-up activities.
• Support onsite construction coordination and project execution efforts.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and status summaries.
• Assist with payment applications, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Support project commissioning, turnover, closeout, and final documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related field).
• 1–5+ years of experience in industrial construction, water treatment, utility systems, or related engineering projects.
• Basic understanding of UPW systems and water treatment processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech facility projects.
• Familiarity with high-purity piping systems and water treatment equipment.
• Knowledge of commissioning and startup activities for utility systems.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• EIT certification or progress toward PE licensure.
