Vaco has partnered with a well-established construction organization undergoing accounting and operational modernization. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Controller with strong construction accounting expertise, financial cleanup experience, and Vista ERP knowledge. Location Phoenix, AZ (onsite) Pay Rate $65-70 per hour Project Duration 4-5+ months (ideally contract-to-hire) Start Date Target 9/7 Responsibilities Include Lead and improve the monthly close process while ensuring accurate financial reporting Perform general ledger cleanup, reconciliations, and account analysis Review and correct fixed asset records and accounting transactions Manage construction accounting processes including job costing, WIP reporting, and project financial analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred Construction project accounting experience required Experience with Vista systerm strongly preferred Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative construction setting Vaco has partnered with a well-established construction organization undergoing accounting and operational modernization.
