Management Analyst

DutiesHelpCollects, compiles, and monitors information from a variety of data documents and or locally created data repositories (e.g. Leave Planning Calendars, TDY travel itineraries, DLA portal, etc.).Assists supervisors in interpretation of administrative and procedural matters of the office.Directs and coordinates both technical and routine information between supervisors and staff personnel.Briefs director and deputy on matters pertaining to the administrative work in progress.Maintains continuity of the office and provides administrative support for the division director, first line supervisors, or leaders.
