Our growing team is looking for an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator and Front office to join our team. We are a private dental office with dedicated and caring staff, looking for a hard working, EXPERIENCED positive and energetic team member. We also offer Benefits:

Spanish speaking is a Plus. Open dental experience preferred. Front Office/ Tx coordinator Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Greeting Patients and checking them in
- Answering phone calls
- Setting up patients files
- Scheduling Patients
- Confirming Appts
- Verifying Insurance eligibility and breaking down coverage
- Treatment Planning correctly according to Plans downgrades and coverage
- Scanning, Filing
- Collecting Copays and Due Balances
- Submitting Specialty Referrals and Pre Authorizations
- Working and following up on unpaid claims
- and any other needed task to Insure Productivity and Schedule flow Company Description
